Edit->Transform->Flip vertical. 4. drag the layer down to just touching the bottom of the original layer(if you need help, click on the original layer, and drag a ruler down to touching the bottom of the first layer, should snap, (to get the rulers presss ctrl+r)go back to the duplicated layer) 5. Now go to layer->Add Layer Masl->reveal all. 6Clcik on gradient(G, for shortcut) and on the top, make sure you have selected "Linear Gradient" and "Foreground to background". and then press D (to reset coulers to black and white) 6. now go back to your duplicated layer, and on the layers panel there should be 2 boxes, one with your picture in and one white one, and a chain betyween them both, selecet the white box, then go to your picture,(on the duplicated layer, and drag from the top of it to the bottom, depending on the size, just mess around where you drag. and there you have it, a reflected image, like in my sig or ;D -cow.
